WHAT DOES AN INTERIM HEAD OF MARKETING OR FRACTIONAL CMO DO?
As a fractional CMO or head of marketing, I join your leadership team to head up your marketing function, allowing you to focus on leading the company to success. This role is not intended to be long-term but as one to begin, organize, optimize, and accelerate your company’s business growth in the market.
My role is an independent contractor, not a full-time employee, but I operate as part of the team to create high-level strategy, develop short- and long-term goals, develop tactical action plans that are achievable with the staff and investment available today as well as what that looks like in the future as the team and budget expands. If there are incumbent marketing team members, my role would manage and mentor them under the new strategy.
