Product-led Growth has many components and my role is to roll up my sleeves with your team and either develop a go-to-market (GTM) strategy for your product(s) from scratch or level up your existing strategy.

The goal of this project is: a) improve the customer experience with your product(s); b) enable practioners to get hooked on your solution; c) to increase word-of-mouth and reach for your product; d) accelerate time-to-ARR by producing qualified buyers to your sales team OR allowing the customer to buy in- product, thereby reducing overall customer acquisition costs (CAC).
